Red Brocade Double Boned Long Underbust Steampunk Corset

I recently purchased a corset from your store (order number: #1737 ), specifically for waist training purposes. However, I am extremely disappointed with the product I received.

Despite carefully following your sizing guide and ordering the correct size for my measurements, I am able to close the corset completely at the back, with both sides touching and no gap at all. In waist training, the corset is supposed to be worn until it can be closed fully, and then replaced with a smaller size. If a corset closes completely right away, it is too wide and does not serve its purpose, and the waist has to be alwais more narrow than the rest of the corset to achieve the hourglass shape.

I spent €149 (the wallet $40 wasnt discounted from the total) on this corset, expecting a functional waist trainer, the corset delivered doesnt meet the requeriments nor match the picture from the store. I paid for a corset that would train my waist making it smaller than the rest of the torso and that would hold up my underbelly, doesnt do neither, unfortunately, this product is useless for my needs. Its basically a tube that doesnt modify the body at all. I am attaching photos as proof.

I kindly request a solution:

Either a refund, (Not paypal)

or an exchange for a smaller size that will actually allow proper waist training,

or a store credit for the same amount.

Please let me know how we can resolve this issue as soon as possible.
